Livingston Parish Cajun Country Jam

I went to Livingston Parish Cajun Country Jam near my house. They had live music and some classic tv stars. 

I saw and got autographs from Dawn Wells (Gilligan's Island), Barbara Eden (I Dream of Jeannie), and Rick Hurst (The Dukes of Hazzard).

I was able to see Erik Estrada (CHiPs) up close twice.

I stayed there from 9:30AM to 7:30PM

Erik Estrada:

I have came across Mr. Estrada two times. Once when he was getting out of his Limo.

The other time when I was in line to meet John Schneider. 

 

I did not meet John because I found out he charged $25 for an autograph and I needed to keep my money for an autograph later in the day. Strike two in the John autograph getting. 

but:

 Rick Hurst:

While I was in the John line I was able to get out of line to see the other stars that was inside that building.

I went and saw Rick. He charged $10 for a photo and autograph and it was free to take a photo with him if you bought something from him.

After I found out about how much John charged I got out of line and went to the other building where the other stars were. 

There was 2 stars I really wanted to see and one was Barbara Eden. I watched "I Dream of Jeannie" in reruns alot so she was #1 I wanted to get at this event. She charged $30 for an autograph but she is worth it.

 Lastly I saw Mrs. Wells who I am a huge fan of as well. She did play my favorite character on Gilligan's Island so I had to go see her too. She charged $25 for an autograph if u buy a photo with it or $10 if you bring your own photo which I did.

The whole autograph getting since the celebs started signing was about 4 hours which is not bad at all. They organized it real well this time compared to the other one I went to in 2013.

 Disappointed that I didnt get John again but it's all good.
